Important information for our early-access users.

We completed some changes to Onin, which have caused a few issues in the app. We're sorry about that. The issues are detailed below, along with details as to how you can fix them.

1. Please reset your local database

To make sure all your chats and events are visible in Onin, we need you to reset your local database. To do this, please tap your Profile Image, tap Help & Feedback, and tap Reset Local Database. This will take a few moments.

Once done, you should see all chats and events in Onin as normal.

2. Old, stand-alone events, will be at the top of your feed

You may see old, stand-alone chats at the top of your chats feed. This won't happen again, sorry about that.

3. Please reset your unread message count

You may have unread messages. To fix this, tap Profile Image, tap Help & Feedback, and tap Mark All Unread Chats As Read.
